How do I change my federal tax
withholdings? You can submit a written request (with your signature), or contact our office at
(313)224-5890 to request a W-4P tax form or visit our website at www.wcers.org.
I want my pension payments direct deposited into
my bank. What do I do? You can obtain a direct deposit application by calling our office at
(313)224-5890 or online at www.wcers.org.
Today is the 5th, I have not received my pension
check. What do I do? Please allow at least 10 days before calling the office at (313)224-5890
to request a lost check affidavit. Our office will then request a replacement check if it is after the 10th of
the month.
I’ve moved. How do I notify you of my new home
address? You must send a written request to change your home address. You can obtain a Change
of Address form by contacting our office or downloading the form from www.wcers.org. All requests must be signed by the retiree.
How do I change or check on my listed
beneficiaries? For information regarding pension beneficiaries only, please contact our office
at (313)224-5890.
I have questions about my life insurance and/or
wish to change my life insurance beneficiaries.
