Notice to All Retirees regarding the 2014 Information Verification Form
Please be aware that The Wayne County Employees’ Retirement
System (WCERS) mailed to you an “Information Verification Form” in November, and then again in December, if we had
not received your form by the required response date. The form requests you to confirm your address, phone number,
e-mail, and other required details, in order to verify the information our office has on record. If you have not
received this form or have not already responded to this request, please contact our office immediately at (313)
224-5890. If we have not or do not hear from you, then pursuant to Board policy, we are required to suspend your
pension effective March 1, 2015.
