Thank you for submitting your request for a benefit estimate

Your benefit estimate will be prepared and mailed to your address of record within 4-6 weeks.  Requests are processed in the order they are received, however; priority status will be given to those retirement eligible participants that are scheduled to retire within 90 days of receipt of their estimate request.   

Please be advised, that due to the volume of request, benefit estimates will only be provided for those participants that currently meet retirement eligibility or will meet retirement eligibility within 5 years or less according to his/her respective collective bargaining agreement.  If it is determined that you are more than 5 years from retirement eligibility or if you have received a benefit estimate within the last 12 months, your request for a benefit estimate may be denied.   

If you are divorced, please submit a copy of your divorce decree and domestic relations order to the Retirement Department.  These documents assist our office in providing you with accurate pension information.    

Lastly, if it has been more than 6 weeks since your request was submitted and you have not received your benefit estimate, please contact WCERS at (313) 224-5890 for assistance.
